The kindergarden
Six persons are working at the kindergarden.
Sigun Pohl is head of the kindergarden since August '08 und is taking care of the group of children being 5 and 6 years old. Sara Nessler leads the group of the ones being 3 and 4 years old. Miss Sabine SchmiAtt takes care about the group for the joungest children. Additional guidance is given by the helpers Meseret Cheru und Birtukan Getaneh unterstützt.
By this our team can guarantee quality from the start.
Our philosphy
In kindergarden and pre-school we are convinced that children learn mainly out of their personal experiences. If they conact these with something the have already learned their interests and their curiosity will be woken up.
To reach this we provide:
· social competence
· self competence
· expert competence
· and the competences for leraning methods.
All aspects of development are related.
Social competence, emotinal strength, curiostiy and interests in experiments are main capabilities we are supporting and priovide.
With exercises and dancing, with music and games, with making things and painting, Mwith listening and talking we pass on motivation, concentration and creativity in our daily work.
Zur Selbständigkeit erziehen und alterspraktische Fähigkeiten zu erlernen, sind wichtige Bestandteile unserer pädagogischen Arbeit.
We help the children according to their age and their abilities.
The staff stays in close contact to the parents to guarantee a successfull development of the child.
