The teachers at the DBSAA are to one part send from the German government (so-called Ausalndsdienstlehrkräfte, ADLKs, and Bundesprogrammlehrkräfte, BPLKs), recruted in Germany or recruted in Ethiopia. Over all there are working around 30 people at the DBSAA. They are:
