Green School Initiatives
The Green School Initiative allows the school community to work together to build a healthy and sustainable future in the face of climate change challenges like global warming, resource scarcity, and pollution.
The Green School Committee was founded in October 2022 by six parents to enable students, parents, teachers and staff to join forces to address these environmental issues. The committee has grown rapidly with many members of the school now involved.
The Green School aims to empower students with the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to tackle climate issues now and in the future. Schools play a crucial role in facilitating this sustainable transformation.

The vision is for the school and wider community to contribute to a sustainable future and inspire others to do the same.
Goal
The Green School is working to reduce its COâ‚‚ emissions and to move toward greater sustainability over time. This includes fostering relevant skills and mindsets, creating supportive environments, and developing practical solutions. In addition, the school aims to explore the potential economic benefits of sustainable initiatives.
